MemberSmart Pro was the answer to our wish list. This membership software is a tool even I can use (with limited computer know-how), to add content, manage members and products, at will - even if it's 3am.
MemberSmart Pro allowed us to open the lobby for anyone to come and visit and restrict access to private areas. We wanted monthly recurring billing with Paypal, and other options as we needed them.
We've set up multiple levels of membership access. Each member has his/her own unique username and password. I'm also using your inbuilt "trial period" to test conversion rates and upgrade members to paid subscriptions.
A really nice surprise was the well written template emails you included! I just made minor changes and they were ready - excellent! The other products I've used in the past all had to be created from scratch - and most didn't include the option for html and plain text, as MemberSmart does.
I operate a trade association - I really don't have "competition" as we sell connections to other trade associates. I want to make my membership site the ONLY place for industry professionals to go to. The site needs to be easy for my members to use - most of them are NOT computer savvy. It also needs to be search engine friendly on the front end and hacker safe on the backend. MemberSmart delivers all of this.
We had a lot of problems with other solutions, until we found MemberSmart Pro - and don't quote me on this - but MemberSmart Pro is kick-ass!

Had I had MemberSmart Pro back in January - we could have been up in less than an hour. Our site would have been celebrating its 10 month birthday instead of just launching!!! Lost revenue and opportunities. Fortunately we are now set up correctly.
Your fabulous new software is the real deal - I had our 100 page library up and available to active subscribers in the time it took to FTP the files into place!
After the software was installed and we designed our site, I went in and took 5 minutes to do the general settings, another 10 minutes to set up the products and I manually added (from my old site) 10 members. Within 30 minutes, I tested my first email to a new active member and found 10 "admin" notices in my email box stating "new members" had just signed up ... how can you beat that .... how can you put a price on that?
